{Spending Time with John}

This is kind of a random post because this concert was over this past summer.
But this one definitely makes the "top moments of 2008" list. Braydon and I have been pretty big John Mayer fans since the old "Room for Squares" album. It was an incredible concert and so amazing to watch someone who has truly perfected their talent. Towards the end of the concert, we brought out the 70-200VR for these images and were pretty happy with how they turned out, considering how far back we were. I was taking a few shots out on the stairs during the encore when several security guards came up and asked for my permit. I, of course, didn't have one and was escorted out from the show on the last song. I guess I was pretty naive in bringing a big lens to this show. But it was worth it to get some images of Mr. Mayer playing some crazy solos. I heart John Mayer, and I loved the kiss from Brade in the parking lot while John played "Say"... it was totally worth getting kicked out the concert for!

{The Voyles}

So it's cold here, but that doesn't mean we can't still have tons of fun! We took the photobooth indoors and grabbed some family pictures. Brody turned 1 last week, and Stacey's birthday was yesterday, so Happy Birthday wishes to them both! Brandon (dad), is such a great poser...we had SO much fun with them and got some seriously good laughs! We'll be celebrating Stacey's birthday Saturday night, White trash- party style...more from the photobooth that night too; you'll probably want to stay tuned for those pics:)

{Lindsay}

This girl has such amazing style. She had the cutest outfits, accessories, high heels to die for, beautiful hair, and really fun poses. Does anyone else think she looks identical to Elizabeth Shue from "Karate Kid". She needs to jump on the modeling train:)
Lindsay will be graduating this spring and then she's off to college- she is hoping to do something in the medical field too.
She is also a cheerleader for her high school and they just took 2nd in their last competition where she finished the routines on a sprained ankle- what a stud too!

{Mike & Brie's Wedding}

This couple has the ultimate level of class. Everything about their day was just beautiful. From their exit of the temple, to their dance moves at the reception, the flowers, the food, even down to the hot chocolate...just perfect.
It was also a total blast! I've never seen people break down and dance like that at a wedding, and it was so much fun. They were the ONLY event on Dec. 30th to have a view of the Salt Lake valley, and it was pretty amazing from the U of U football stadium Reception center. I'm SO glad I could be part of their day, and I absolutely loved getting to know Mike & Brie!

{Amelia & Jared Bridals}

This is one dynamic couple; they met while going down to Mexico for a Pre-Med trip, and have been together ever since. They love being with each other and it definitely showed in their session with us. I've known Amelia for over 10 years, so it's crazy and awesome to see her getting married! It was freezing that day, but they were troopers! Amelia looked gorgeous by the way! I'm sure they're counting down to March; it will be here before we know it!
