Rough Night

Well, to say the least, yesterday was quite the day. It started 3 days ago with some chest pain on my right side, which landed me a visit to the Doc 1pm on Thursday. After an Ultra Sound and 2 very traumatizing blood tests we headed home to what we thought would be a movie night of waiting... well around 9:30 p.m. we get a call for us to head to the ER; apparently my blood levels were off just enough for there to be a "blood clot" alert. So we packed a small back and planned for an overnight stay. We checked in and got back to a small room where I slipped into a gown and waited, again. Turned out that I needed an I.V. for the upcoming CT Scan... it took 6 attempts to finally get the I.V. in and I can honestly say, it was the most painful thing I've endured so far in my life. Shaking, tears, and pain completely took over. I prayed so hard and Brade kept rubbing my arm and kissing my face while telling me how tough I was. The Scan was easy and painless- only the Iodine left me warm and feeling as though I'd wet myself. The results came back negate to Blood Clots and Gal Bladder problems, so we found that it was a Pluric Nogule in the wall between my chest and lung. Apparently Tylenol and IBprofen will do the trick with lots of rest.
Today I am grateful for Husbands that bring comfort and so much love, and for prayers that keep us strong. For the medical field and their Intelligence and care, and for loving family members who have taken care of us. Love to everyone...

Mikki, Mikki, Mikki! I don't like to hear these kinds of things. I just called your phone and tried to leave a message but it didn't work I don't think. Anyway, what's going on with you my dear? You've been having some issues for quite some time. Maybe it's time you go see a specialist and have a thurough (spelling) exam done. I'm worried about you my friend! Please call me and let me know that you're alright.
